Description
Fildena 100 mg, also known as purple Viagra is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Sildenafil Citrate that increases the blood flow to the penis. A single tablet is recommended to be taken approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual intercourse. This medicine can be taken with or without food. The effects last for around 4 to 5 hours. Do not take this medicine without a doctor’s prescription.
How does it work?
Sildenafil Citrate is an active ingredient of Fildena which helps to achieve and sustain a firm erection. It works by preventing the action of the enzyme PDE-5 and relaxing the smooth blood vessel walls of the penis. This helps increase blood flow to the penis, thus helping you achieve and sustain a firm erection for extended periods of sexual activity.
Uses
Erectile dysfunction(or impotence): It is a condition in which a man is unable to achieve or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse.
Recommended dosage
Fildena 100 mg is usually taken as and when needed, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before planned sexual activity. You can take this pill with or without food. According to your requirements or medical history, a lesser dose could also be recommended.
Missed dose
You are less likely to miss a dose if you take it as needed. But if you take it as a daily medication, you should take it as soon as you remember unless it’s time for your next dose, in that case, skip it. Double doses within 24 hours are not recommended. This could lead to some side effects.
