Description

Extra Super P Force 200mg is an oral medication used for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) and Erectile Dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains 100 mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 100 Mg of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. It helps treat premature ejaculation by providing more control over ejaculation and increasing the time it takes to ejaculate by increasing the activity of serotonin in the nervous system. Sildenafil Citrate helps improve blood circulation throughout the body, including the penis. For best results, it is usually recommended to take this pill 1 to 2 hours before sexual intercourse.

How does Extra Super P Force 200 mg Work

For premature ejaculation, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is what helps in delaying ejaculation. Dapoxetine is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It blocks the reabsorption of serotonin into neurons, allowing more serotonin to be made available in the brain, and improving the transmission of messages between neurons. This process increases the time of ejaculation, helping the person have satisfying sexual intercourse.
For erectile dysfunction, Sildenafil Citrate increases the blood flow to the penis. It blocks phosphodiesterase 5 enzyme action to prolong cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate) activity.

Super Extra P-Force 200 mg is used for the treatment of the following conditions:
Premature Ejaculation (PE) – A condition in which the man loses control over ejaculation making him ejaculate sooner than expected.
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) – A condition in which the penis is unable to keep or get an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. It occurs due to decreased blood flow to the penis.

Recommended dosage

Extra Super P Force tablet is usually recommended to be taken once a day and approximately 1 to 2 hours before planned sexual activity. Consult with your doctor to find the appropriate dose for you.

Missed dose

You are less likely to miss a dose because the medicine is usually taken as and when required, approximately 1 to 2 hours before sexual intercourse.

Overdose

An overdose of this drug can lead to various side effects. In case an overdose is suspected, seek medical help immediately.
